AAUDAX, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1996 in the State of Colorado by Young R. Lee who is the current President and Chief Executive Officer.

AAUDAX, Inc. has completed numerous Information Technology projects in multiple locations since its inception, earning an excellent reputation and continuing to experience consistent growth in the telecommunications and financial industries.
